ARTISTS STATMENT
Rosewall Creek is a trail located on Vancouver Island BC. The waterfalls there are breathtakingly beautiful. I wanted to capture the sense of scale and aura of the falls in a painting for the home. My goal with landscapes is to bring the feeling of the outside world of nature inside the sacred space of the home. I like to use movement and colour to express the human spirit and soul. If you grew up in my area the landscapes can feel very nostalgic.
