I saw this quote and resonated with it entirely. Every day since the beginning of 2025 I have wrote in a journal. I write my thoughts worries, fears and reminders. I talk to myself. It has become a staple in my life to help with mental health, organizing my thoughts and setting intention for my days. 
 
The reason I decided to make a journal is to share this daily ritual with like minded people. I truly hope people buy my journal to record their journey through life and use it to discover, heal and find inspiration.
