The first blooms have emerged from the rich soil. The earth is preparing. As the world spins and changes, as the seasons come and go, its important to ground your soul into its calm centre. My goal for this painting was to create a spring feeling using very bright colours. Pastel purples, yellows and pinks could be consider feminine and if so can represent new life.
