From January 5th to the end of February I will be showcasing my work inside the lobby of the Tidemark theatre! I am super excited to partner with this amazing local business that supports the arts in so many ways.
The lobby of the tidemark is big, so I will be able to hang all of my large paintings for the very first time! I have had so many people ask me where they can see my largest pieces in person, so this is a great opportunity to do so! Many of my other smaller paintings will be there as well, along with prints and greeting cards. I will be stuffing the space as full as I can. They will be hung and ready to view anytime during the two month show within box office hours which is 12-4pm Tuesday- Friday.
What makes this event extra special is that I will also be holding a reception! January 30th from 5-630 pm I will be there along with Tidemarks staff to hold a big event where you can hang out with me and have the opportunity to ask all the questions or just chat about life and art. There will be food and drinks for sale at their concession. The access for everyone into the building is great. Parking in the area is easy and there will be lots of spots close by, for those coming out of town and are not familiar with Campbell River.
I must give a big shout out to our local none profit artist support group POTA (Patron of the Arts) for sponsoring this event. The funds for holding events like this are high, so thankyou a million times for this support it means a lot.
